NEW YORK – Securitize, a leading platform for the issuance, trading, and management of digital asset securities, today announced the appointment of Sarah Jenkins as Vice President, Issuer Relations. Jenkins, a seasoned expert in exchange operations and listings, joins Securitize following a distinguished career holding senior positions at Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and Cboe Global Markets.
In her new role, Jenkins will be responsible for expanding Securitize’s outreach to both private companies seeking alternative capital formation methods and established public issuers looking to leverage tokenization for corporate actions, share management, and shareholder engagement. Her appointment underscores Securitize’s commitment to bridging the gap between traditional capital markets and the burgeoning world of digital finance.
“The convergence of digital assets and traditional securities markets is accelerating rapidly, and Securitize is perfectly positioned at the epicenter of this transformation,” said Ms. Jenkins. “My experience working with hundreds of public and private companies on market structure, compliance, and listings at the world’s premier exchanges will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate the opportunities presented by digital securities technology.”
Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo stated, “We are incredibly fortunate to welcome someone of Sarah’s caliber and extensive knowledge in traditional market listings and regulatory frameworks. Her insights derived from her tenure at Nasdaq, NYSE, and Cboe are invaluable as we continue to expand our offerings and solidify our position as the trusted partner for issuers seeking to modernize their corporate finance structures using blockchain technology.”
Jenkins brings over 20 years of experience in market structure strategy, regulatory compliance, and issuer services, having played a critical role in advising companies through complex IPOs and cross-border listings during her time at the major U.S. exchanges. Her addition is expected to significantly accelerate Securitize’s push into serving larger, regulated entities.
