Nasdaq, NYSE and Cboe vet joins Securitize as VP working with public and private market issuers

NEW YORK – Securitize, a leading platform for the issuance, trading, and management of digital asset securities, today announced the appointment of Sarah Jenkins as Vice President, Issuer Relations. Jenkins, a seasoned expert in exchange operations and listings, joins Securitize following a distinguished career holding senior positions at Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and Cboe Global Markets.

In her new role, Jenkins will be responsible for expanding Securitize’s outreach to both private companies seeking alternative capital formation methods and established public issuers looking to leverage tokenization for corporate actions, share management, and shareholder engagement.
